Ben returns after a solid 2004 season which saw him both continue to develop as a rider and play a key role in many of the team's successes in 2004.  Now, starting his third season with the Webcor Builders, Ben looks forward to continuing to take any responsibility placed on his shoulders.  Ben's background in endurance sports began as a high-school cross-country runner, but gradually shifted to cycling in college. After a brief hiatus to pursue cycling exclusively, Ben has returned to school at UC Santa Cruz where he is working towards a PhD in the Moleculer, Cell, and Developmental Biology program.
