With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, James is an engineer working in the Silicon Valley and two-time California State Road Race Champion. With 12 career victories to his name, his 2004 season was highlighted by his first-ever NRC victory in the criterium at the Tour de Nez.
