Brenda has been working in sports massage therapy with professional cycling teams for four years. She brings this experience, as well as clinical experience, to her role as Head Soigneur. She is certified in massage therapy from the Bankcroft School of Massage.

Brenda was introduced to the idea of becoming a soigneur for a professional cycling team when she was working in a hotel fitness room doing massage on hotel guests. A cycling team staying at the hotel asked her if she might be interested in working with them, and she's being doing it ever since. She enjoys the travel, and working with athletes who take care of their bodies.

In the future, Brenda would like to work in a setting where she could offer massage for people with cancer or AIDS. In her free time, she likes to spend time biking, hiking, and taking photographs with her new camera. She lives in Santa Rosa, California with her boyfriend, John.
