| Justin took up cycling after a collegiate distance running career at East Carolina University. In the span of one year, in 2003, he moved through the amateur ranks from a Category 5 to a Category 1 with numerous successes along the way. A naturally gifted athlete, Justin has enormous potential, demonstrating strength on almost any parcours with a particular capacity to excel in the mountains. He looks forward to continued development in his first year of professional cycling in 2004 both supporting his teammates at critical junctures and gunning for victory when the opportunity knocks. Justin is supported by his fiancée Jessica and his two dogs, Lily and Blue. |
